Before you may apply to foster a Samanayr, there are a few rules that you must be aware of first:

• You must have a page ready for you Samanayr before applying, and a relatively kid-friendly webpage.
  
• Before making your Sam's page, read the info page and go visit the Song. You must also provide a link back to the Song of the Rainbow Hotsprings.
  
• The page you make for your Samanayr can have no other creatures on it except for other Samanayrs and compatible Shar-born creatures (Amanayrs, for example). Do not overcrowd Samanayrs onto a page - six is about the acceptable limit.
  
• Each adopter may only foster one foal per draw, breeding session, and so on.
  
• Do not take Samanayrs from the Song of the Rainbow Hotsprings or other people's Samanayr pages. They have already been fostered and are not available.
• Do not alter the graphics in any way, such as resizing, drawing on them, mixing with other images, etc.
  
• Please Inform me of Samanayr URL changes. If I can't find your Samanayr, it may be at risk of being abandoned.

Samanayr availability is announced through the City of Shar LiveJournal community, so keep your eye on it! Actual applications for a Samanayr are held either there, on my personal LiveJournal, or at various message boards.
